About the Course

This course introduces Philippine lawyers to the legal framework governing electronic signatures and electronic notarization, including the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792), the Supreme Court Rules on Electronic Evidence, the Rules on Electronic Notarization (A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC), and other related issuances. It includes Twala ENF 101, providing hands-on training in using Twala Notary, an Electronic Notary Facility (ENF), and Twala Sign for compliant in-person and remote electronic notarization, Electronic Notarial Books, and document verification. Completion of this course satisfies the Supreme Court training requirement for lawyers applying for an Electronic Notary Public (ENP) Commission.
